Welcome to Sleepcraft Bedding. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
About Our Store
Sleepcraft Bedding sells bedding and related home products through our online store, based in Canada. All prices displayed on our site are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
We currently ship only within Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery by Canada Post generally taking an additional 3–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of approximately 4–9 business days from the time your order is placed. A flat shipping rate of 7.89 CAD applies to orders. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee on eligible returns. We do not currently offer exchanges; if you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Descriptions
We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, including sizing, materials, and colour. Slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays or manufacturing. If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Sleepcraft Bedding and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sleepcraft Bedding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
