Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed with Sleepcraft Bedding.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within Canada. International shipping is not currently offered, but this policy will be updated if and when we expand shipping internationally.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. The specific service used may vary depending on the size of your order and your delivery destination. Additional carriers may be used in the future as we continue to grow.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of 7.89 CAD on all orders, regardless of order size, unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on Sundays, are processed on the next available business day.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our processing time is 1–2 business days. This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to the carrier.
Transit Time
Once your order has shipped, standard transit time with Canada Post is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing and transit time, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4–9 business days from the date it was placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can occur due to weather, high-volume periods, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help if your order seems to be taking longer than expected.
