Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sleepcraft Bedding purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can guide you through the process.

No Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee on eligible returns. You will not be charged any additional fee for returning an item that meets the conditions above.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund following the process below, and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@sleepcraftbedding.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase — Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, whichever you used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return. If you have a concern about a specific item, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it so we can make things right, at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
